Deeds, (in real life) are used as plans of how to build a house, they also have to be approved by the local affority. Because of this in the game you need to buy a deed for each type of house you build! (their are four types of houses the 'house deed' is pre baught for you.) Once you have a deed for a type of house you can use it as many times as you want!
