The construction toolbar is used to do pritty much anything with a plot! With these buttons you may:

• Buy plots
• Sell plots
• Accept offers (only full offers are ever made)
• Decline offers (doesn't do anything yet)
• Demolish buildings(clears plot for a new build)
• Update buildings
• Build new buildings
